How will I know if the dresses will fit me?
Our sizes are based on an average of the industry standard. Currently, we offer sizes XS, S, M, and L. To see the dimensions of these sizes, please click on 'Sizing' at the bottom of the page. The majority of our styles offer a flowy, loose, and "untailored" fit, meaning it offers comfort in both the waist and hip, without compromising beautiful and high fashion design. Measurements for lengths of dresses are available in the product description. The sizing measurements provided are a guideline to compare your body measurements to, they are not the measurement of the dresses. To measure the length of the hem, measure from the tip of your shoulder to the hem. Dresses that come with waist belts, will roughly an 1" larger than the 'natural waist' measurement for your size on the chart. For specialized measurements on waist belts, contact cs@dollypearl.com. Are there color options available?
Absolutely! We currently have a handful of beautiful colors to choose from for all your favorite Dolly Pearl styles. However, If you have a specific color in mind, or would like to provide us with a swatch, please contact Customer Service at cs@dollypearl.com. We are more than happy to help you with any of our styles in alternative color options. All bridal styles are available in white, blush, and ivory.
Is it possible for me to get fabric swatches of the colors available?
Yes. If you are seriously considering Dolly Pearl for your next special occasion, contact cs@dollypearl.com for actual fabric swatches. Please allow for up to 2 weeks to receive the sample swatches.
When should I expect my order?
All dresses are made to order, and therefore require 10-12 weeks for production. Dolly Pearl Separates require 4-5 weeks production time. For more information on when to order and when you should expect to receive your order, please refer to our policies at the bottom of the webpage.
Which shipping option do I select?
Please select the proper shipping category for your order. Dolly Pearl Separates, Occasions, and Bridal all have different shipping rates. If you do not choose the correct shipping rate, your order will not be shipped, and it put "on hold" until the correct shipping method is selected.
I'd like to receive my order sooner. Can I rush it?
Absolutely. There are rush options available. There are 5 week, 3 week, and 2 week rush options available. Prices vary according to time frame desired. For more information on rush orders, please read our 'Policies' page at the bottom of the site. What is your return policy?
Because our dresses are custom made to order, they are non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. If you are unsure about your size, it is recommended that you get measured at your local tailor. To send in your measurements, please contact cs@dollypearl.com for a measurement form. You can fax in your form at 917.210.4130. For more information on the return policy, please click on 'Return Policy' at the bottom of the page.
Can I purchase my order in payments?
All orders must be paid in full at the time of the order. The order is then processed and put into production. We do not accept partial payments or deposits.
Do you offer discount to large bridal parties?
Yes. We offer a 10% discount per bridesmaid for large groups of 8 or more. Please contact cs@dollypearl.com for details.

I'm over 5'10". Do you offer dress lengthening for people my height?
Yes, depending on the amount of additional fabric, there will be an additional fee included in your purchase amount. For more information regarding this, contact cs@dollypearl.com.
I'm pregnant or my bridesmaid is pregnant--how does my order work?
Since our dresses are made to order, we do not offer custom services. However because many of our dresses are cut in a circular style pattern, they can accommodate the expectant mother easily. Please contact us for a list of these styles.
