All orders must be paid in full upon ordering. Once we have received your purchase order, we will process the order with the card you have on file, unless you have another account you would like us to charge.
Orders will be processed within a few days of receipt of your purchase order. If you prefer to have your purchase order processed
right away, please let us know. It can take up to a week for your order to be processed.
All retail/wholesale pricing is subject to change at any time. If the price has changed, we will send you an updated line sheet set via e-mail. If you are unsure about pricing, please check the website for the most recent pricing on all styles.
All Dolly Pearl dresses are made to order, and therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
There are currently no discounts for group orders or bridal parties at wholesale.
Dolly Pearl offers letter sizing—x-small, small, medium, large, and x-large. For more information on our sizing, you may check out our website under ‘Sizing’, or see the attached size guide under the ‘MISCELLANEOUS FAQS’ tab in your Dolly Pearl Accounts Binder. We do not offer custom sizing/tailoring/alterations. If a client needs to have a dress taken up or taken in, we recommend they take their dress to their preferred tailor.
